Peter brings over 25 years of expertise in sulphur technology and fertilizer innovation. At Shell, he rose to General Manager of the Sulphur and Thiogro businesses — leading the creation and global commercialization of Shell's advanced suite of sulphur-enhanced fertilizer technologies across the Middle East, Americas, Europe, Africa, and Asia.
With full value chain responsibility spanning production, logistics, trading, and market development, Peter retired from Shell in 2024 to co-found NPKSolutions. A recognized industry voice, he has served on the board of Alberta Sulphur Research Ltd. and as a two-time Chairperson of The Sulphur Institute.
Charles brings over 20 years of operating and leadership experience across oil & gas and fertilizer industries. He began at Agrium (now Nutrien) supporting nitrogen, phosphate, and potash production in Western Canada, then spent 16 years at Shell as a technical and commercial leader in sulphur handling, logistics, and product innovation.
Charles played a key role in the development and commercialization of Shell's Thiogro product line — contributing to multiple industry-advancing patents with deployments across North Africa, Asia, and North America. He holds a B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Alberta and maintains his P.Eng designation.
